How long does shipping take?

We ship orders received by 10:00 a.m. on the same business day. Once a package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

If you live in Germany, your package will usually arrive within 1-3 days.

If you live in the EU, it will take 2-5 days for your package to reach you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on where you live.

To Germany:

Standard shipping costs EUR 4.90. We cover shipping costs for orders over EUR 59.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Yes, we also ship orders to DHL Packstations. Please provide the necessary information according to the following guidelines:

Just like with home orders, enter at checkoutyour first and last nameto.

In the lineStreet and house numberthen comes the “Packstation” and the three-digit number of the Packstation – for example “Packstation 123”.

UnderAddress suffixgive only yourDHL customer numberwithout any additional text so that DHL can identify your shipment.

ThenPostal code and citythe packing station and check everything again.

As soon as the order is ready for collection, DHL will send you a confirmation via email or push notification.

My package didn't arrive! What can I do?

Sometimes it can take a little longer, and unfortunately, packages occasionally get lost during shipping. We recommend checking your tracking information first. Packages are often left with neighbors or at the post office.

If you cannot find any further information about the shipment tracking, please contact us by email.

Which parcel service delivers my parcel?

We ship with DHL or DPD. You will find a link to track your shipment in the shipping confirmation.

Can I also pick up my order from the warehouse sale?

Yes, you can pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Pinneberg:
